I'm glad you came!
After 3 significant health scares, I decided to make drastic changes to overcome my anxiety & change my ways of thinking. Read my story
You've held everything together for a long time.
You've carried responsibilites, cared for others and pushed through tired days with sheer determination.
And over time, the strength that helped you keep going began to feel heavy.
This guide was created to help you understand how this happened and what to do about it.
Last year, when the old ways of coping no longer served me, I was lost. All of these skills I had learned seemed inadequate to the task.
I had no idea how I was supposed to move forward.
All the ways that I knew how to do, walking and journaling and praying with God, just seemed to have lost their power.
As always, when life becomes difficult, I begin asking questions.
Because over the years, I’ve noticed something about the way God works in my life.
He often allows me to wrestle with something personally before it becomes something I can offer to someone else.
That doesn’t mean I always recognize what He’s doing while I’m living it.
In fact, this time I didn’t.
When I stepped away, I was simply exhausted. Life had handed me a rupture, and I had not idea how I was going to navigate it.
My life simply wasn’t working anymore.
The ways of coping that had carried me through previous seasons no longer fit the woman I was becoming.
I found myself saying,
For weeks, I kept asking the same kinds of questions.
The harder I tried to answer those questions, the more overwhelmed I felt.
Then one day, almost out of desperation, another question came to me.
What if I’m asking the wrong questions?
And, ladies, that one question changed everything for me.
Instead of asking what I needed to fix, I began asking something completely different.
What would my life look like if it were better?
That question gave me hope.
For the first time in a long time, I wasn’t looking at everything that felt broken.
At first, those dreams were mostly about the outside of my life.
But as I continued reflecting, I realized something much deeper.
I didn’t simply want a different life.
I wanted to become calm instead of constantly overwhelmed.
Without realizing it, I had stopped asking, “What do I need to do?”
I had started asking,
Who do I want to become?
And that, my friends, opened up a whole new world of curiousity, compassion, and joy for me.
Possibilities abounded. Hope lifted its head and smiled at me.
And I smiled back.
What’s standing in the way?
That’s when one word stopped me in my tracks.
Stealing.
Anxiety wasn’t simply making life harder.
And even the freedom to fully enjoy the life God had given me.
That word changed the way I saw anxiety.
If something is stealing from us, it isn’t something we simply learn to live with.
It’s something worth reclaiming.
That realization gave me courage.
Instead of accepting anxiety as “just the way I am,” I began asking,
What do I want to reclaim?

🌿 Anxiety steals from your emotions…
🌿 Anxiety steals from your relationships...

As I continued processing, I also realized something else.
I didn’t want to figure this out by myself.
So I reached out to someone I trusted for some one-to-one time.
She didn’t overwhelm me with advice.
She asked me three simple questions.
Those questions created space.
Then she said something I’ll never forget.
She told me she could help me with that last question.
As an introvert and a highly sensitive person, that one-to-one time was exactly what I needed.
I wasn’t ready for another group.
I needed someone to understand my story before helping me create a plan.
Looking back now, I realize how life-giving that experience was.
And I remember thinking…
Other women need this too.
The Path to Restoration wasn’t something I sat down and designed one afternoon.

That’s why the Path to Restoration begins one-on-one.
Before I invite you into a community…
Before we talk about long-term growth…
I want to know you.
Together we’ll explore the life you’re longing for.
We’ll discover what’s been standing in the way.
And we’ll create a personalized path forward that fits your life, your season, and the woman God is inviting you to become.
Because I don’t believe healing is one-size-fits-all.
I believe every woman deserves to be seen, heard, and understood.
If you’ve been reading this and quietly thinking,
“I can’t keep living like this…”
I want you to know something.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
I’d be honoured to walk beside you.
Because each Path to Restoration experience is personal and requires my full attention, I currently open just two new one-to-one spaces each week.
If your heart is telling you it’s time for something different…
If you’re ready to stop surviving and begin creating a life of calm, confidence, and deeper connection…
I’d love to meet you.
Together, we’ll begin discovering the woman God created you to be.
