Releasing Anxiety is only possible when we commit to anchoring our identity in God and walking in the purpose He designed for us. 
God created us in His own image (Genesis 1:27), He knit us together in the womb, hems us in with love, (Psalm 139) and decided to adopt us before He created the world (Ephesians 1:4-5).  That is how much thought God put into each of us.   
He loves us so much that He created a plan of action for our lives before He created the world.  When we allow His Word to truly penetrate our hearts, transforming our relationship with Him and altering the way we live, anxiety will be transformed into joy and peace.   
That is the God that we lean on to overcome our anxiety.  As we cast all of our cares on Him, He provides us with practical solutions, a caring community, and His Divine Intervention.
