Last week, after taking a challenge, I posted that my voice matters. This statement was important to me.

I have worked with women for 25 years and for much of that time, I have heard that their voices were often ignored.

I feel that way myself sometimes.

And then I realized that my perspective was distorted. When I focus on where life matters – my relationship with God – my voice has always mattered.

•  Isaiah 30: 18 & 19b – Therefore the LORD waits to be gracious to you, and therefore He exalts Himself to show mercy to you. 𝐇𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐫𝐲. 𝐀𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐬 𝐇𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐭, 𝐇𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮.

• Isaiah 58:9 – “𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫; 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐫𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐚𝐲, ‘𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐈 𝐚𝐦.’

My voice matters to God. Yours does too.

𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐮𝐭. He WILL respond.  Your Voice Matters to God!

He has said so in His love letters to us.

So, we know it is true.
