Have you ever felt so overwhelmed that even the thought of change feels impossible?
That’s what anxiety does. It convinces you that you have to fix everything at once or not at all. My clients often tell me, “I don’t even know where to start.” And I’ve been there too—staring at the mountain, paralyzed, instead of taking the first small step.
That’s why I teach what I call T.I.N.Y. steps—because the tiniest, most intentional movements forward are what create lasting peace. Big changes don’t stick if they’re rushed. But little steps, done in God’s presence, transform everything.
Here’s what it looks like:
🌱 T – Transformational: Change that shifts not just what you do, but how you think and feel. Anxiety loses its grip when your thoughts start aligning with God’s truth.
🌱 I – Intentional: No more guessing or hoping things will magically get better. Each step is chosen with care, prayer, and purpose.
🌱 N – Nurturing: Anxiety often shouts criticism: “You’re failing. You’re not enough.” Nurturing steps replace judgment with compassion, allowing space to grow.
🌱 Y – Your Yearning: At the heart of every anxious thought is a deep longing—to be secure, to be loved, to be seen. True change honors that yearning and brings it back to the One who never stops loving you.
When my clients practice T.I.N.Y. steps, they notice something powerful: the mountain doesn’t look so big anymore. They breathe easier. They begin to trust themselves. They begin to trust God more deeply.
✨ Change doesn’t happen all at once—but peace begins the moment you take your first T.I.N.Y. step.
So let me ask you: what’s one tiny, intentional step you can take today to nurture your peace instead of your anxiety?
