I'm glad you came!
After 3 significant health scares, I decided to make drastic changes to overcome my anxiety & change my ways of thinking. Read my story
You've held everything together for a long time.
You've carried responsibilites, cared for others and pushed through tired days with sheer determination.
And over time, the strength that helped you keep going began to feel heavy.
This guide was created to help you understand how this happened and what to do about it.

You feel it in your body.
You hear it in the endless thoughts running through your mind.
You see it in the second-guessing, overthinking, people-pleasing, comparing, and striving.
So you try to calm yourself down. You pray harder. You practice thinking positively. You take a deep breath. You tell yourself to trust God.
And sometimes you feel better for a little while.
But nothing sticks.
Then something happens to trigger that anxiety wound.
A conversation that did not go the way you expected.
A decision you didn’t agree with.
A disappointment.
A change you didn’t expect.
And suddenly, the anxiety is back.
Wriggling its way into your mind, your body, and your relationships.
When I work with overwhelmed Christian women, I want to know what is happening beneath the anxiety.
Because beneath anxiety there are longings, feelings, thoughts, beliefs, and deeper needs waiting to be brought into the light.
You long to feel valued.
You long to belong.
You long to feel safe enough to be fully yourself.
And then there are the thoughts you carry:
“I should be able to handle this.”
“I’m failing.”
“I need to make the right decision.”
“Everyone else seems to have this figured out.”
“I have to keep everyone happy.”
“Something is wrong with me.”
These hidden layers shape how you see yourself, how you respond to life, and how you relate to the people around you.
And when they remain hidden, anxiety can become the loudest voice in the room.
You are deeply loved by God.
You are carefully designed by God.
You were created with intention, love, and care.
Your emotions have meaning.
Your longings matter.
Your personality matters.
Your gifts matter.
Your values matter.
Your story matters.
When you begin bringing what is happening inside you into the light of who God is and how He created you, you begin to see yourself differently.
You stop treating yourself like a problem that needs to be fixed.
You become curious about the woman underneath the anxiety—the woman God created you to be.
You begin recognizing where anxiety, self-doubt, and comparison have pulled you away from your God-given design.
And you begin releasing what no longer serves the life God is calling you into.
This is where transformation begins.
Imagine experiencing:
This is more than learning how to manage anxiety.
It is learning to live from your God-given design.
And that changes the way you experience your life.
You can make a decision without endlessly questioning yourself.
You can recognize an emotion without allowing it to control you.
You can set boundaries from confidence rather than guilt.
You can enter relationships as your authentic self.
You can listen to what your body is telling you instead of continually overriding it.
And you can begin relating to God from love rather than duty.
You pray because you want to connect with Him.
You spend time with Him because you desire Him.
You worship because your heart is responding to His love.
Your relationship with God becomes something you experience, rather than another thing you feel you have to perform.
She has dreams.
She has emotions.
She has gifts.
She has longings.
She has a voice.
She has a God-given identity.
And she is still there.
Years of striving, comparison, self-doubt, suppressed emotions, expectations, and the pressure to continually put everyone else first can bury her voice.
But God sees her.
He knows her.
He loves her.
And He created her with purpose.
The work is learning to see herself through His eyes and live from that truth.
That is why I look beneath the anxiety.
Because I don’t simply want you to feel less anxious.
I want you to discover what your anxiety has been revealing about the woman God created you to be.
You calm your body by becoming aware of what you are experiencing.
You quiet your mind by understanding the thoughts and beliefs driving your anxiety.
You connect with your emotions instead of pushing them away.
You cultivate your community by developing relationships where you can show up authentically.
You kindle your spirit by deepening your relationship with God.
And as you begin living from that deeper place, you experience more confidence, authenticity, connection, and peace.
You become more present in your own life.
More trusting of yourself.
More connected to God.
More authentic in your relationships.
More free to live as the woman He created you to be.
You were created to be calm, confident, and deeply connected to God, self, and others.
And sometimes the path there begins by looking beneath the anxiety.
You are worth discovering.
What if you could begin uncovering those hidden layers?
This is exactly why I created Hidden Layers Beneath Anxiety.
It is an opportunity to slow down and look beneath the anxiety—to explore what is happening beneath the surface and begin understanding the longings, feelings, thoughts, and beliefs that have been shaping your experience.
Together, we look at what your anxiety is revealing and bring those deeper layers into the light of who God is and how He created you.
You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
You don’t have to keep pushing through the anxiety and hoping it will eventually disappear.
You can begin understanding yourself with compassion, curiosity, and courage.
And as you uncover what is beneath the anxiety, you can begin seeing the woman God created you to be with greater clarity.
If you’re an overwhelmed Christian woman who is ready to look beneath the anxiety and discover what is really happening beneath the surface, I invite you to join me for Hidden Layers Beneath Anxiety.
Come curious.
Come exactly as you are.
Come ready to discover what God may be revealing about you beneath the anxiety.
